Stronger Together: A Strategic Plan

In the spring of 2025, Common Weal’s staff and board members attended a strategic planning intensive weekend with Ivy + Dean Consulting in Regina. During this time, we identified the strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities related to the structure and future development of our organization. We’re excited to follow the path outlined in Stronger Together: A Strategic Plan for Sustainability & Community Impact (2025-2028).
